With over 100 employees we are fully committed to the training and development of our workforce.
Every employee receives a Training Need Analysis to identify individual requirements which is then recorded and monitored on our Training & Development Plan.
We ensure ALL employ gain the appropriate CSCS card for there site activity
As a group we employee up to 15 apprentices and through our support and mentoring many have progressed to management positions gaining HNC & CIOB qualifications.
