Developing a Culture of Good Health & Safety Practise at Work
In order to build on our exemplary health and safety at work record, in April 2010, the Group launched its Stop! Think! Proceed! Initiative. It is hoped this will raise individual awareness and create a culture of good practise.
The initiative incorporates an H & S charter, passport, near miss reporting card and induction card with employees supported to identify, correct and report any concerns.
All Group member companies are accredited with CHAS (Contractors H & S assessment scheme) with health and safety at work given paramount importance in all our operations
