Maulden Vale Limited is the speculative development arm of the Hillson Group.  Established in 1991, Maulden Vale has developed sites across Bedfordshire with homes designed to the highest specification using sustainable products and constructed by the Builders of M J Hillson Limited to a standard of quality unsurpassed in the county.  Site managers for Maulden Vale developments have won the NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award for the Eastern Region 3 times from 4 attempts, most recently for 2001. 

We have well over 100 satisfied Maulden Vale home owners, many of whom have made repeat purchases over the years as their circumstances change.  Managing Director Michael Hillson provides the personal touch, advising clients on choices of detail which enable each property to have that custom-made appearance.
